Nope. Once you book your appointment and receive the confirmation email, that’s it. We’ll be there at the date and time you’ve chosen. All you need to do is make sure your seller (if applicable) is aware of the appointment and the property is ready to capture.
Stuff happens! You can easily reschedule or even cancel up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment time by calling us at 801-410-0756. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead of time will incur a fee of $39.00.
We will send you an email with links to download or view your content. With the exception of Virtual Staging, you will get your content within 24 hours following your appointment. Virtual Staging orders may take up to 48 hours to deliver in some cases.

We always replace the skies in our daytime exterior images with realistic blue sky backgrounds. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge extra for this.
You can help us help you by (1) Ensuring that the address for the property is accurate and complete, (2) Checking with your client ahead of time to ensure the space is ready to shoot, (3) encouraging your client to hide unwanted items (pet items, clutter, etc.) and reducing the number of people and animals present during the shoot.
